Our Commitment
Safety & Belonging
At Dundon Occupational Therapy Services, we believe every child has the right to feel safe, respected and like they truly belong.
This isn't just policy to us. It's at the heart of everything we do.
This page outlines our commitments to keeping children and families safe, our ethical practices and how we aim to support a sense of belonging in the wider Logan Community.

How We Show Up For Every Child
Safety
Every child in our care is protected by rigorous screening and current Blue Cards for all staff. Our occupational therapists are registered with AHPRA (Australia's national health practitioner regulator), meaning we are held to a strict code of conduct, ongoing professional standards and ethical obligations. As a practice we have formal safety strategies in place, and our team is trained in mandatory reporting and child safe practice.
Belonging
We create therapy sessions where children and families feel genuinely welcomed and seen. Regardless of ability, background or diagnosis, we meet you where you're at. We work alongside families, not just for them, because belonging starts with connection.
Excellence
Our occupational therapists are AHPRA registered and committed to evidence-based, family-centred practice. We continuously improve our services to meet the highest standards, as well as adapt our knowledge uniquely to each family. We hold in mind, and in our treatment plans, your child, you and your community.
We're Here to Listen
We welcome all feedback and take every concern seriously.
You can speak directly with your treating therapist, or contact us at admin@dundonot.com.au. Our full Child and Youth Risk Management Strategy is available to anyone on request and provided to schools and centres we collaborate with ahead of commencing any services.
